Clocking in at just over 11 minutes, this four-track EP is a compact but potent dose of Afrofusion excellence, filled with moody beats, sultry melodies, and emotionally charged storytelling.

Following the success of his 2024 debut album By Any Minz, which introduced him as one of Nigeria’s most dynamic emerging voices, “444PLAY” represents a more intimate, experimental direction for Minz. The EP explores the spaces between lust and longing, connection and confusion—wrapped in a nocturnal, woozy sonic atmosphere.

The title “444PLAY” nods to sensuality and mysticism: “4:44” is often seen as an angel number symbolizing stability and deep emotional insight, while “play” hints at desire, intimacy, and the games we play in love.
