Controversial social media critic and activist, VeryDarkMan, has once again sparked online conversation with the unexpected release of a diss track that directly targets the Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpabelo, street-hop singer Portable, and popular clergyman Jeremiah Fufeyin.
The diss track, which premiered on July 23, 2025, takes aim at Governor Monday Okpabelo’s alleged academic records, as VeryDarkMan ridicules the governor’s West African Examination Council (WAEC) grades, which recently surfaced online.
“E8, WAEC result of a governor. INEC, shame on you,” he declared, slamming both the governor and the electoral body responsible for his political validation.
VeryDarkMan didn't stop there. He turned his lyrical shots towards Portable, who has been in a public feud with him over allegations that involved the theft of a tricycle. According to reports, Portable was allegedly caught and physically assaulted in connection with the incident, which VeryDarkMan used as further ammunition in his diss.
In addition, the outspoken critic took jabs at Prophet Jeremiah Ogbodo Fufeyin, mocking his so-called miracle healing water and other spiritual products. This follows a previous confrontation where VeryDarkMan questioned the authenticity of the prophet’s miracle items, including water, soap, and perfume — accusing him of exploiting desperate followers seeking divine intervention.
In retaliation, Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin filed a defamation lawsuit demanding N1 billion in damages, alleging that the activist's remarks severely harmed his reputation and brought embarrassment to his church congregation and business partners.
