A wave of shock and sorrow has swept across Anambra State following the tragic murder of popular entrepreneur, Ifesinachi Onyekere, also widely known in the community as “Fish Magnet.” Onyekere was reportedly gunned down by unidentified assailants in what many are describing as a brutal and senseless killing.
Eyewitness accounts reveal that the incident took place late in the night, around 10:30 p.m., when the unknown gunmen stormed the victim’s residence. They allegedly shot Onyekere in the leg to immobilize him before forcing him into his Toyota Corolla and fleeing the scene with him.

Hours after the abduction, reports began circulating that the entrepreneur’s lifeless body had been discovered. While the exact location of the discovery has been kept confidential for security reasons, several sources close to the family have confirmed the heartbreaking news.
